At the very beginning, I really felt so shocked that I thought it was unbelievable. After I have seen so much report about abnormal weather across China, especially experienced once last year, urgent attention needs calling for to our living environment which is deteriorating day by day. In last year’s summer, unusual high heat hit Zhejiang Province, which last an abnormally long period about one and a half months. It forced me to spend almost all my summer holiday in rooms where AC works. Also it was responsible for great economic loss even some cases of death due to serious heat stroke (熱射病). An ever-increasing number of news about abnormal weather is a resounding warning bell to each and every of us who have only one habitat to take action right now. Many hands make light work and joint effort is a must to protect our home.
